If you are interested to work in this dynamic organization, L-IFT is looking to hire an Accountant/Office Assistant that is based in Addis Ababa who will work with the international team.
Job Summary

L-IFT has a team in various countries that are based in Ethiopia, Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria, Myanmar, Morocco, Uganda, Senegal, Rwanda and Tanzania. There are accountability reports from each country’s team. As an Accountant/Office Assistant, you will help to develop a central based system and coordinate with the team that are located in each country. You will be in charge of verifying receipts, processing invoices and be the key point of contact for the international team. You will also assist in administrative tasks related to the organization and communication. The position requires an excellent Ms Word, Excel and Power Point skills.
Required Qualifications and Experience
. Have completed a Bachelor’s degree in accounting
. Demonstratable experience in financial and accounting and sound administrative skills
. High level of attention to detail in all aspects of work
. Strong problem solving and resolution skills.
. Capable of working independently
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required due to the nature and level of interaction with other teams and senior management.
