Racheal Ainokwikiriza holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and Social Administration from Bishop Stuart University in Uganda. She has a Certificate in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL). She has 4 years experience in Data Collection. She has been working as a Field Researcher for L-IFT since 2016 for the FEDU and SEEP projects. She is now one of the Field Supervisors for L-IFT’s RISE project.

Joshua Bakwerani has a Degree in Public Administration and Management and 8 years of experience in Data Collection. He has a Certificate in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) from Gulu University. He has worked in different parts of Uganda for different organizations as a Data Collector. He has a passion working on issues that involves youth.
