I am sharing with you this from the field right now. This is the picture of a field laborer that is paid on monthly basis. He is 18 years old. He gets paid 1500 ETB per month. In addition to this, the employer covers his meals and other expenses. Some of his major tasks are, looking after the farm/produce on the field, looking after the water pump, watering the farm, spraying, etc. He seems like a permanent laborer.
