Mr. X is one of the famous vegetable traders in the area. He collects different vegetable types from different places like Oromia, SNNPR, and Amhara region, as he said. Then, he distributes it to many places including, Harar, Hawassa, Bale, and Moyale (about 500 km away). He also has his own shade in which he sells the produce. His marketing strategy is that he trades different vegetables like head cabbage, onion, potatoes, and fossolia. In addition to these, he sells at marketplaces, at his home (under the shade), and supplies to other cities. He has his own vehicle, an Isuzu. He usually purchases 60 qt at once and supplies that to markets.
