Irrigation has many uses such as for agricultural crop production, maintaining landscapes, and revegetating disturbed soils in dry areas and during periods of less than average rainfall. Irrigation is bound to be part of the solution to feeding the growing population by providing different types of agricultural products. It is used to supply a plant with water so that the plant may flourish both in amount and quality. Here as shown in the video below, irrigation makes the environment green and attractive in addition to productive. Due to this, most of the areas in my study kebele were very interesting and attractive for all.
