A respondent with ID no. 19 is a well-known aggregator who provides less financially capable farmers with seeds and loans during summertime (June, July, and August). He collects the loan during December, January, or February either in kind or in cash or a mix of two. As is mentioned in the previous story, some farmers store their produce in the warehouse of Mr. ID. No. 19, because his warehouse is on the main road/highway.
